It was easy taking pictures.  I liked it when we watched 

the ice- cream melt and eating the ice- cream.

Prefix and suffix

WALT - The meanings of common prefixes-un,re,in,dis and suffixes eg less, ful, ly, ing and understand how the change the meaning of a word.

Reflection:   I found this reading strategy easy because I just needed looked at the words and think about what is the prefix and suffix.

My next step is to work on more harder prefix and suffix.

Moods Pt 2 Interpreting photos

I am learning to - understand information by interpreting graphic features of text eg photos
It was easy to write down what they were feeling like. Next time I should probably get harder verses.

I found it easy to answer all the questions. It was easy to answer the questions because the answers were in the book.  Next time I need to look at the pictures to get answers as well.

I.A.L.T- do comprehension strategies.  I found it easy because I new what goes with what.  Next time I should practice more on what goes together properly.

I.AL.T- Slide the dot  on the number line. It was tricky because I needed more practice with my fractions.  Next time I should probably  practice more on my fractions.

I am learning to divid cookies.  I found it tricky because I didn't know how to divid properly. Next time I should work more on my dividing so I could get better at it.

I am learning to compere two different web sites about ice cream.  It was easy because I memorized all the information of the  two different web sites.  Next time I should try different web sites.

I found it easy because I new everything about cats and kittens.  Next time I could try to add some facts about cats.

I am most proud of my maths because I used place value.

ANZAC - information

We read lots of books and articles about war.  We listened to someone who was in the war.

We wanted to share the information and new information that we have learned from our readings and our findings with our peers.

WALT present our information about Social Conflict.

The tricky bit was when I had to search up the facts and not copy the facts straight from the computer.  Next time I will try to remember the facts and learn to write them in my own words.

W.A.L.T write a character profile.  I enjoyed doing this activity.  The most easiest thing was to remember the description about the character. It was easy for me to remember because she was the best character in the book.

This is my reading. I found it easy because it was easier to write on the computer than writing in my book.The hard bit was when I had to choose one thing to write about.

Showcase Te Tuhi

I liked our trip to Te Tuhi because we got to draw about our culture and were we came from.  Next time I will try to draw a better picture.
